Together, families can go on a journey through time at Merseburg Cathedral. The activities offered by KinderDomusMerseburch are also open to families. Whether the coronation of Henry II, an exciting discovery tour iof the tower or exploring the mystical spells and legends – here, the unique history of Merseburg Cathedral can be experienced first-hand. The various activities can be tailored to the individual needs of the families.

Family Days
The KinderDomusMerseburch regularly holds creative afternoons for children and their families in the cathedral. Together, we will investigate the secrets of the 1,000-year history of the cathedral and dive into the adventure-filled world of the Middle Ages. Here, not only exciting stories can be discovered about the emperors and kings or myths and legends. We will also get creative together, designing our own works of art or taking on the roles of rulers and bishops.
